This is not a bug. TSVN has disabled the context menu for the desktop.
Ok, it has disabled it for the start menu but that will disable it for
the desktop too. Sure, I could easily enable it for the desktop again,
but then the menu would also show up on the start menu - which I really
don't like.
What I'm wondering: why do you have files/folder on your desktop anyway?
That's the worst place to keep real files/folders - only links should go
there, nothing else. And even links/shortcuts should go there only in
rare circumstances. XP even has a automatic "desktop cleaner" which
removes all unused shortcuts/files from your desktop from time to time.
