Re: [TSVN] Build time : 1 hour 20 min

The only issues now are that:
- the TortoiseSVN project tries to use SubWCRev before SubWCRev has been
built.
- SubWCRev cannot be built because it expects the apr lib to be in
subversion\apr\LibD, but it actually exists in subversion\apr\Debug.
- related to the prior point, the Wix installer expects iconv to be
subversion\apr-iconv\LibR\iconv, but it actually exists in
subversion\apr-iconv\lib\Release\iconv.
