Downloaded the J2RE package from sun.com and got the docs compiling. That
should be added to build.txt as well.
When compiling the install package, light.exe crashes because it cannot find
the path "..\..\..\Subversion\apr-iconv\LibR\iconv". This path doesn't
exist because it is actually
"..\..\..\Subversion\apr-iconv\lib\Release\iconv".
