[Subclipse-users] [Subclipse-Announce] New Update Site locations

I have setup Subclipse so that the update site are available on bintray and
I have updated the Marketplace listing to point at this location. Bintray
provides a global CDN with really fast downloads which should make the
installation more reliable.

The new URL's are:

https://dl.bintray.com/subclipse/archive/release/1.12.x/
https://dl.bintray.com/subclipse/archive/release/1.10.x/
https://dl.bintray.com/subclipse/archive/release/1.8.x/

I have not done it yet, but I am going to try to get all of the old zipped
update sites uploaded somewhere on bintray as well for posterity.

I am also in the process of moving this project to Github and getting the
builds automated with snapshots uploaded somewhere. This is all still a
work in progress and there are no functional changes that have been made.
So really nothing to see yet.

As part of doing this, I do plan on bumping the minimum supported Eclipse
version to 4.2.0 (Juno) and I am likewise going to jump the Subclipse
version number to something like 4.2. I have not decided yet on the
version number as I am still playing with some possibilities.

When I am done, I will announce it here and be closing this project.
