Yes, exactly. Just do not include the JavaHL feature in the install
and SVNKit will be the default (provided that you installed that
feature and the SVNKit library).

Right. But given that they probably need to install the JavaHL RPM
and edit the ini file for the launcher to make the library available
this is probably what you wanted anyway.
