We would not add a feature to Subclipse that required custom hook
scripts. You could use one of the existing scripts that send emails
as a form of push. There are also scripts that produce RSS feeds.
For anything else, I would say you would need to write a custom plugin
to go with your custom hook script. There is no reason a feature like
this needs to be part of Subclipse as the Eclipse plugin mechanism
makes it easy to make plugins work together.
