Under "General SVN Settings", there is a checkbox for "Automatically share nested projects". However, as far as I know, Eclipse doesn't currently support nested projects (see http://www.eclipsezone.com/eclipse/forums/t94621.html and https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=35973).

Nested projects are not mentioned in Subclipse documentation, and searching the mailing list shows only two old discussions. http://subclipse.tigris.org/ds/viewMessage.do?dsMessageId=755170&dsForumId=1047 says "I'm using eclipse 3.2 RC7. This version supports nested projects as a new eclipse feature."

Was this support removed later? If so, should the checkbox be removed as well to prevent confusion? If not, how do I use nested projects?
