If you do not even see the perspective then the plugin did not
install. I would look for something like a permissions problem
writing to the Eclipse plugins folder. You do not indicate the OS you
are using, but I believe this is a common problem on Windows 7. Fix
is to install Eclipse to a folder like C:\Eclipse
