Yes, I understand the possible issues with editing in built-in compare.
And probably you are right that whole functionality proposed may not
worth the implementation costs..
I was just thinking that I personally would feel more comfortable if the
functionality is there.. Still maybe I should start using the
Synchronize view instead of commit dialog.
