Hi Shaun,

I don't think such a change would be practical. It would be necessary to actually compare the base/local properties to determine whether or not svn:mergeinfo was the only property that was changed, which I can't see doing. And yet another indicator, to indicate 'svn:mergeinfo property change only', would most likely confuse more people than it helps.
