Instructions are in the wiki linked from Subclipse error dialog, but
MacPorts used to "just work".

One possibility is that MacPorts does not compile the binaries with
the same 32/64-bitness of the JVM you are using. The CollabNet binary
is Universal and includes both 32 and 64-bit in the same binary.
