History cannot do it because SVN's history does not indicate what
changed, just that something changed. Most regular Eclipse views
cannot do it because they have only allocated the bottom right corner
for team providers to add decorations. It might be possible in the
Synchronize view. I am not certain what can or cannot be done in that
view. The current UI for that view all comes from the view itself, we
just provide the data model. I do not know if the view UI can be
overridden or not.
