Local changes (which is what we are talking about here) show up
instantly, and once you have it set on a schedule you should not need
to wait to see incoming changes. You can also narrow the scope to a
specific working set if you do not need to synch them all.

IMO, it is a very usable dialog. I like the way it is now.
