[Subclipse-users] Charset-problem in "compare with"

Hi,

there seems to be a problem with "Compare With" and UTF-8-encoded files.
Steps to reproduce:

* Commit an UTF-8-encoded XML- or TXT-file that contains some
  non-ASCII-chars (e.g. a german umlaut) to SVN.
* Make some changes to the file.
* Invoke one of the "Compare With"-operations on one of the /parent
folders/ of the file (e.g. "Compare With Base Revision").
* Double-click the file in the "Structure Comapre"-window.

Expected: The changes are highlighted in the "Text Compare"-windows.

Actual: The changes and all non-ASCII-chars are highlighted and the
non-ASCII-chars are garbled in the "Repository"-part.

Note 1: If the "Compare With"-operation is invoked directly on the file
(== not on a parent folder) it's working as expected.

Note 2: Only the "Text Compare"-editor seems to be affected. A test with
a .php-file (which gets by default opened in the "PHP Content Type
Compare"-editor) is working as expected.

Should I file a bug?

Regards,
Mark
