This worked for me:

* Remove Subclipse
* Reinstalled Subversive
* For each project, "Team > Disconnect"
* Removed Subversive
* Reinstalled Subclipse
* For each project, "Team > Share Project" choose "SVN"

Thanks for your help Mark. But there should really be a note about this on the installation page for users who are switching from Subversive. I found an old post of yours from subclipse-user to a user with the same problem, from 2007!
