Subversion supports back to at least Apache 2.0.56. It is all handled
at compile time.

There is a Subversion-related Apache Denial of Service vulnerability
though that was fixed in the latest APR-Util. So it might make sense
to update to the latest. CollabNet Subversion 1.6.3 includes all of
this.
