Thanks! It works but it looks to me that the cache is easily corrupted after some merge activities. Everytime after I merge I need to clear the cache. Is it normal?

I also tried to clear the cache in another way - delete the the files in <YourWorkspace>\.metadata\.plugins\org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.graph\70967cb1-3d68-ebe1-80ed-8a8f0c42d2c6. But of course if we could clear in repository level then it will be more convenient.
