How would you describe the steps someone should take to recreate the
problem? It sounds like there should be an incoming add of a file.
Then what? Does it only happen if the file itself is selected for
update?

The Synch view operates off a cache. It sounds like the cache is not
being updated for the added file. Not sure why that would happen
though, so a reproduction recipe would be good.
