I do not believe we control this. You do not get to impose your
decorators on views. You register with Eclipse that you are capable
of providing them and then the view decides if it wants to call you.
So perhaps there is some special adapter you have to register to have
this view include you, but other than that we do not have direct
control over this. If it really used to work and does not any more,
then perhaps Eclipse either removed this or they have changed the
adapter requirements? Do CVS decorators show up? That'd be the
quickest way to tell.
