I followed the upgrade instructions and tried to install 1.6, but
this fails due to what looks like a bug in Equinox/p2, where it
emits spurious "No repository found..." messages for unrelated
packages that aren't being touched (in this case some stuff in
org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.*)

I've been getting those errors for the last month whenever I
try to update or uninstall anything, and I've opened a bug
on the Eclipse bug tracker.
