Thank you for your help and rapid answers..

Yes i can access at the URL in the browser, and i already had configured the
proxy. We have the same configuration (the three of us) and it used to work
with this configuration.

but is also got a problem with JavaHL Library, when i open the window of
Preferences - > Team - > SVN :
i got the errors :
no libscnjavahl-1 in java.library.path
no svnjavahl-1 in java.library.path
no svnjavahl in java.library.path
java.library.path=
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.10/jre/i386/client:/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.10/jre/lib/i386:/usr/lib/xulrunner-addons:/usr/lib/xulrunner-addons:/usr/lib/xulrunner-addons:/usr/lib/xulrunner-addons:/usr/java/packages/lib/i386:/lib:/usr/lib
