Huh? It selects all files, but not all files? The screenshot sure
seems to look like it is all files.

All files are selected by default. There is an option on the dialog
as to whether unversioned items are included. Your choice is
remembered and it can be easily toggled.

It does not say it in words, but there are decorators. A ? for
unversioned, a + for added and an X for deleted. Same decorators used
in the main view. There is also a decorator that looks like a greek
delta for property changes. Modifications are not decorated as that
is the "norma" situation.

Again, if you are saying it does not select modified files or
adds/deletes, no that is just not true. It does. The only choice is
how unversioned files are handled.
