[Subclipse-users] Cannot see SVN Repository in the Perspective

I am trying to add SVN perspective to my IBM RAD 6.0 (Build: 20041117_2230)
1. I downloaded site-1.4.8.zip to a directory.
2. I followed instructions as in page http://subclipse.tigris.org/install.html
3. But as I downloaded above file I established as "New Local site"
4. I unchecked below features to install as they require more JARs that did not come with above zip file.
 a. Subclipse Integration for Mylyn 2.x (Optional)
 b. Subclipse Integration for Mylyn 3.x (Optional)
 c. Sublicpse - Required
 d. Subversion Revision Graph
5. Now after the install restarts RAD, I went to see in the perspective and I dont see SVN. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated.
