Have you got any additional information on the issue?

FYI: we've just fixed a bug appeared on Samba NFS, it looks like it has
relations with the one you've described. New system property was
introduced to disable safe copying (which was the root of a problem) --
svnkit.no.safe.copy. So you may add -Dsvnkit.no.safe.copy=true to
command line parameters and check whether the bug still appears for you.
That workaround is available at 1.2.x branch of SVNKit at r5509. Please
refer to our build server at https://teamcity.svnkit.com/ to get fresh
build.
