Thanks for the info! I looked in the Eclipse preferences (Window/Team/SVN) and it displayed JavaHL (JNI) as not being available. SVNKit (Pure Java) SVNKit 1.2.1.5297 was a selectable option, so I selected it without any change in results. So, I'll read the info at the site you linked to and will see if I can get this resolved.
