The Synchronize View contains these actions. I do not see any sign
that these can be mapped to a keyboard shortcut though. I'd add a
note to issue 394 and ask for it:

I'd be against creating a new action for this, but the Synch view
action ought to be mappable to keys. You then just need to have all
SVN projects in your workspace setup in a pinned synchronization. I
do this already, and I think it is a pretty common thing to do, or
ought to be.
