In Eclipse do Help > About then click the Configuration details. A
lot of JVM info will appear.

The mandatory packages for Subclipse are:

Subclipse (SVN Team Provider Core)
Subversion Client Adapter

AND one of:

Subversion JavaHL Client Adapter

OR

SVNKit Client Adapter
SVNKit Library
