Hi Katherine,

To clarify, the usual workflow would be to check out all the modules
for the project from svn (typically once). After check out some of the
selected modules are not checked out.
Same for synchronizing: select all modules, synchronize, some modules
that should have changes do not seem to appear in the sync view.

I know it sounds vague, but I'd like to either confirm this bug or
confirm that it some kind of user error :) We are on Eclipse 3.2 / RAD
7 btw. I'll take a look in the log when it occurs again.
