I assume you are talking about SVN locks? I'd ask why you would be
using lock with .java files, but I suppose that is your business.
Anyway, my position is that on features like this I think our behavior
should match the behavior of SVN. If revert should unlock a file then
it should happen in Subversion's revert API.
