Sort of. The merge API will use and record merge tracking
information, but the UI has not been modified to account for different
options now available.

The CollabNet Desktop requires Mylyn 2.x. I am not sure if the new
Update UI makes it easy to uninstall the Mylyn 3.x that came with your
Eclipse package. If it doesn't, then you can grab one of the packages
like the Eclipse Classic SDK which does not include Mylyn.

There should be a Mylyn 3.x version of the CollabNet Desktop by the
end of August.
