OpenJDK? Are these publicly accessible projects we could checkout?

I realize for some of you any update causes this. But for the rest of
us, it doesn't. So we are trying to figure out what causes it so we
can fix it.

1) I wanted to know the OS in case it was isolated to Linux. All the
initial reports were from one Linux, but a recent user was on OSX.
That is what we are on too.

2) So with #1 ruled out, maybe it has something to do with the
projects. If we can get an open source project that this happens with
then we can try it with the same project.

In the past, whenever this specific problem came up it was always
trivial to recreate it and fix it. When this was first reported, I
went into the code to just make the "obvious fix", but the existing
code already was written that way.

So we are stumped.
