So the fact that Share Project is enabled means the project are not
connected to Subclipse. You should be able to do Share Project and
reconnect them. When you do this you should get a screen that says it
recognizes this as a Subversion project and shows you the repository
URL. If you do not get that, then it does not see this as a valid
working copy.

And no, there is no reason moving from any previous version to a newer
version should cause you to have to do this. I've never heard of
someone having that problem because they install a new version.
