[Subclipse-users] Eclipse deadlock on Subclipse projects

I was using Subsclipse with Europa perfectly fine for months. Then my
eclipse crashed. Since then I
have had this problem. I installed the new Ganymede Eclipse along with
Subclipse 1.4 and the deadlocks continued.
It happens when I right click in the package explorer or inside one of
the files of a Subclipse project.
The Deadlock is for approximately 15-20 seconds
 
Eclipse feels I should send this to Subclipse.
