Hey ! That did the trick !
I turned off the Derived checkbox in eclipse, made a 1 byte change and saved
the file.
Then ... (amazingly) recompiling the .jj file didnt reset the flag so now
the fix appears perminent.
The files all properly register in eclipse as svn files and Sync Repository
does the right thing.
