[Subclipse-users] commit using another tool doesn't reflected in Eclipse even after refresh

I use TortoiseSVN to commit changes in my Eclipse project. After that I
used to do a Refresh in Eclipse, which usually updated the subclipse
icons in the Package view. Specifially it removed the modified marks.
This doesn't work anymore on a new Eclipse setup. Refresh or restarting
Eclipse doesn't help.
If I select a [project]/Team/Commit it correctly displays a message that
there are no changes. But when I go to the Tem Synchronize view, the old
changes (which are already committed) are displayed and it even lists
them if I try to commit. The only way to remove the modified icons was
to run the "Override and update" command on the updated files, but this
is dangerous enough to use it regularly. It is somehow interesting that
running this command on a single file does refresh the whole package in
the package view, on the other hand only the affected file is refreshed
on the Team Synchronizing perspective.

It is a new, clean Eclipse 3.3.2 with Subclipse 1.4.0 the new
TortoiseSVN (based on Subversion 1.5). On my previous Eclipse
installation both subversion related tools were older. The repository is
still an older subversion version.
