Yes, I read it. I think the reason of the problem is JNA library used by
SVNKit to perform certain low level filesystem operations. This library
is optional.

May I ask you to delete jna.jar from
ECLIPSE_HOME/plugins/org.tmatesoft.svnkit_1.2.0.revision folder and try
checking out the project with SVNKit enabled. JNA may cause this problem
only in certain environments, so if possible, could you please also
provide some details on your OS (whether it is 32 or 64 bit, kernel
version).
