That looks like one of those problems where your existing
configuration has the problem. We neither include nor depend on any
of those plugins. I do not have any of them even installed.

I've also noticed the new installer does a lot on the background and I
have found that trying it a second time it will often behave
differently. That said, usually the problems I saw were more
specifically related to what I was installing.
