It is possible, but I doubt we are specifically ignoring these. More
likely when the projects are closed we lose the ability to work with
them using the Eclipse API's.

It does not delete it, relocate is like an "update URL" option. The
existing URL is modified and the projects connected with it are
updated.

I do not think either of them are bugs. You could file an issue for
the closed projects. Perhaps they are being ignored and could be
included. I suspect they can't though.
