These errors are all coming out of the Subversion libraries, which we
are just driving from Subclipse. I'd suggest you recreate the problem
using the command line and report on the Subversion users@ list so
that you have a wider net of help you can receive.

I have seen errors like this reported on that list before, I do not
recall what the resolution was. It should be easy to recreate the
problem using the command line client if it is happening consistently
from Subclipse.
