What operating system are you on? Basically, you need the 1.5.0 RC4
JavaHL library. We (Subclipse) provide it for Windows.

I will have RPM's for Linux posted later today on the CollabNet web
site. There will also likely be an OSX installer.

And also please report the problem to support_at_svnkit.com.
