I know it may sounds obvious, but are you sure that Eclipse has loaded
the subclipse plugin correctly ? The new p2 update manager seems a bit
picky about what it thinks is installed correctly and what not.

You can do a quick check by opening the perspective selector and see if
you have a SVN perspective available.

The only way I found to make it work is to put the subclipse feature and
plugins in the dropins folder as follows:

eclipse/
    dropins/
       subclipse/
          features/
          plugins/
