Unfortunately, I didn't fool around with any unversioned copies (in
case you're wondering, I still have this problem - I don't work on
this installation very often and when I do, fixing the IDE is not the
priority :)).

I do believe the working copies I currently have are "fresh" checkouts
(I mean, created by doing a checkout using subclipse) although I might
want to check again. One thing I have been wondering about is that all
three of my projects are branches from the same trunk; one for the
main development branch and two for separate "works in progress" that
I isolated in their own branches.
