Currently you have to get it here:

http://merge-tracking.open.collab.net/

Read the information on the CollabNet Merge client. The installation
includes the latest Subclipse.

Subversion is issuing an official alpha1 release this weekend. Once
that is out and there are some binaries available then I am going to
start hosting Subclipse builds on the Subclipse site. Since we were
always tracking specific trunk revisions in the past I used the
CollabNet site as a way of synchronizing the binaries with the
release.

I am not currently including SVNKit support as I do not know how far
along they are with their 1.5 support. The work is done on our end, I
just do not distribute it.
