The 1.0.x site contains the latest 1.0 release as well as 1.2. The
latter is so that people with 1.0 installed can easily upgrade.

In the Eclipse Update Manager, on the screen where you are only seeing
1.2 available, look for a check box near the bottom that is telling
Eclipse to only show you the latest version. When you change that,
then the 1.0 version will also appear.
