I must say that the particular circumstances (i.e. in the conditions
in which I will find the label decoration to be turned off) keep
changing. Things seemed to improve when I did an 'svn clean' on the
working copy that showed the reported behaviour, with label
decorations disappearing for any operation that required new/different
decorations to be shown. I do almost consistently get that the top
level folder of the project gets decorated with a question mark, which
may or may not be related. What may also be relevant is that I have
two projects in my workspace, both from the same SVN repository, only
different branches.
