Great.

As I said earlier, that is expected. We run the svn info command to
see if the path exists. We catch the error and then run svn mkdir to
create it.

If you have time, you should send an email to support@svnkit.com to
let them know of this problem you had and that moving to JavaHL fixed
it. It implies there is some kind of difference in the way they are
driving the HTTP protocol.
