How is it even remotely possible to consider this a bug in Subclipse?
You reverted the file (changed it outside of Eclipse). Eclipse (not
Subclipse) notices this and asks if you want to load the changes.
Apparently no matter which option you choose the editor (not
Subclipse) loads the changes.

Subclipse is not involved in this process. We do not load files in editors.
