You should avoid sending screenshots to a public mailing list.

As to your problem, I'd suggest looking on the Error Log to see if
there is anything in it. I'd also suggest opening the preferences and
turning off the Show Out of Date folders preference.

I have been operating with that preference off and a workspace with
about 20 projects in it. I have the entire workspace Synchronized and
set to refresh on a 1 hour schedule. I have not experienced any
problems like this.

Maybe some error is happening that is stopping the Synch from running
on your system.
