There may be other ways to do this, but here is what I do:
Right click on the file you want to compare to a prior revision.
Choose "Compare With -> Revisions..." to bring up a list of revisions.
Click on the revision you want to compare to head.
AFAIK, it does not allow comparison of two prior revisions.
