After doing more googling on the problem (just as an Eclipse problem not
related to Subclipse), I found a workaround. I found a reference to using
Project >> Clean, which causes a full rebuild of the project. I have to do
this EVERY TIME when I make code changes and save a file! It appears to be
screwing up the build path. Unacceptable. I will look into submitting a bug.
